FORGING
Metal Sculpture & Blacksmithing techniques are taught..to make Ornamental Structures, Restorative Architecture or just plain Hot Hammered Tools. Things are just heating up at the Forge!

CASTING
We will soon offer Three dedicated Gas Forced Air Furnaces to Support The Local Artists & Sculpting Community. We teach traditional Sand/Box mold & Lost Wax Investment Casting Methods.

DESIGN & MANUFACTURE
We also aim to partner with BCTC, UK and other workforce development agencies to offer semester based training focused on small-batch manufacturing. Students learn the basics of metalworking and digital fabrication, operating equipment and testing for ToolingU-SME certification as a Certified Manufacturing Associate. Working alongside Buffalo Makers & Instructors, students are placed in 4 week internships with area employers.

Working Metal with a Forge or a Crucible brings out an emotional feeling of resurrecting a lost art from our earliest civilizations.
